Working with SimpleScale has been a great experience. The team understood the brand right away and was able to implement on-brand campaigns within a week. It's the first time we've worked with a group that requires little to no feedback on the look, feel, tone and message in emails. They are very organized and developed flows and campaigns that convert. Their strategy successfully balances revenue and style, which is probably the biggest challenge with email marketing.

Recommended 100%!! I've never seen email flows done to such a high standard in such a quick time, they had all of our flows completed within 5 days!!
They also don't cap how many campaigns we send per month which is nuts, I worked with an agency before and our monthly retainer doubled when we wanted to send more campaigns during BFCM.
